FAST FUN FACTS

I am a big kid in her early 30s. I enjoy eating, dancing, and watching Netflix. I indulge in dark chocolates once in awhile, who am I kidding, it’s a lot of the while. I love podcasts and have a guilty pleasure of listening to 80’s and 90’s pop. I also meditate as a connection to source and go to natural waters to not only recharge my tools but myself.

On a spiritual note: Spiritual Coaching

Ever since I was a young girl, I always noticed and felt that I was very different from my peers. Strangers were drawn to me, I had very vivid dreams, and I was sensitive to other people’s emotions and energies. Around ten years ago, I was pulled into my own spiritual journey and I began to understand my own gifts and how I was both pulled into helping people and that people were drawn to me. This lead to my realization that my journey and my experiences is what would enable me to help guide people just like myself.
